We’re Hiring a Client reputed company Relationship Manager to Join reputed company!

Vheda Health is seeking a dynamic and adaptable professional to join our Client Services team. As a Client reputed company Relationship Manager, you will reputed company in client-facing interactions and possess the ability to identify and deliver on sales and growth opportunities. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will support successful client implementations, nurture ongoing relationships, present program value, drive account growth, and ensure client reputed company. This role is fully remote; however, the candidate must reputed company in California.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular reputed company and communication.
  • Serve as the main reputed company of contact for clients while anticipating and understanding their needs, as well as promptly addressing concerns.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to clients at various reputed company, demonstrating the value of our products and services.
  • Track and manage contractual commitments, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Partner seamlessly with internal departments such as clinical services, operations and analytics to ensure coordinated efforts in meeting client expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, accurately conveying client feedback and requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on client needs and market trends.
  • Engage directly with members of the community to understand their needs, concerns and preferences.

  • Travel up to 25% to client sites for in-person meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/ BS Degree or equivalent.
  • 4 years or more in a client-facing role (eg. account management, client management).
  • Working knowledge in reputed company, specifically with health insurance plans (reputed company, Medicare, SNP).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at or with health plans, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry.

  • Skilled in initiating and driving projects to successful completion, including implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

  • Demonstrated ambition for driving account growth and achieving client satisfaction, delivery reputed company, and value.
