The Senior Manager of IT Business Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing key Business IT procurement activities. These activities will include reputed company, maintenance, renewal and retirement stages of the software procurement lifecycle, computer hardware procurement, and driving consolidation across the company of reputed company software vendors and tooling. This role also ensures seamless integration of relevant workflows reputed company to these activities with reputed company ITSM tools such as reputed company, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. This leader partners closely with IT, Finance, reputed company, Legal, Procurement and other business stakeholders to support technology investments that align with organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage key vendor relationships across hardware and software domains, fostering strong partnerships and performance accountability.

• Drive vendor and tooling consolidation efforts to reduce cost, eliminate redundancy, and streamline IT operations.
• Collaborate with Legal, reputed company, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance teams to ensure contractual and regulatory requirements are met.
• reputed company and implement vendor performance metrics, SLAs, and regular business reviews.

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep understanding of IT procurement processes, contract management, and vendor lifecycle management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a reputed company field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience negotiating reputed company software and hardware agreements.
• Experience with reputed company or equivalent ITSM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management, software licensing, and sourcing strategies.
• PMP, ITIL, or relevant procurement certifications (e.g., CPM, CPSM) are a plus.
