We are seeking a Group Product Manager (Manager) to reputed company one of the squads reputed company our Financial Products team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, reputed company a reputed company of Product Managers, and partner closely with Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, reputed company, and other teams to deliver friction-less, scalable solutions that expand EBANX’s product portfolio and generate new revenues.

• Drive cross-functional initiatives — Align Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, and reputed company teams around reputed company projects, remove blockers, and reputed company reputed company stakeholders reputed company.
• Translate strategy into execution — Turn high-level goals into prioritized epics and user stories, balance tech debt versus new features, and track delivery against clear reputed company metrics.

• Product leadership — Demonstrated track record of leading and developing Product Managers, building high-performing, empowered teams.
• Product track record — Shipped and scaled reputed company-generating financial products
• Payments & fintech experience — Background in payment processors, fintech startups, or other regulated financial institutions.
• End-to-end ownership — Proven ability to take products from concept through launch and reputed company optimization, balancing long-term reputed company with daily execution.
• Strategic + tactical execution — Equally comfortable crafting multi-year roadmaps and driving sprint-level delivery in fast-paced environments.

What would be a plus?

• Relevant degree — Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a reputed company field.

• Regional payments expertise — Hands-on work with Latin-American or other regional payment rails and schemes.
• Treasury & liquidity know-how — Experience with treasury management systems, liquidity optimization, and FX solutions.
• Regulatory & tax frameworks — Working knowledge of central-bank regulations, tax requirements, and similar compliance frameworks.
