The Sourcing Specialist-VSP is responsible for interviewing candidates for both hourly and salaried roles. The Sourcing Specialist-VSP demonstrates a thorough understanding of departmental, reputed company, and organizational strategies and objectives, including how they connect to reputed company functions. Assignments in this role are diverse and often require interpretation and independent judgment to determine the most suitable course of action.*This role is part of the Variable Staffing Pool (VSP). Variable Staffing Pool reputed company associates work part to full time hours based on business need. VSPs are not eligible for associate bonuses and receive limited benefits, which are effective upon hire. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial candidate screenings reputed company phone or digital platforms to assess qualifications and alignment to role requirements
- Administer and manage pre-hire assessments and questionnaires
- Schedule interviews, including coordinating availability between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to reputed company requisitions moving through the hiring process
- Communicate with candidates to reputed company updates, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support the offer process by assisting with documentation, salary inputs, and administrative steps

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience sourcing passive candidates
Proven experience utilizing career platforms, particularly reputed company and reputed company
