About this position:

The reputed company Enablement Manager will be responsible for enabling and equipping Leadr’s reputed company Managers (CSMs) and reputed company Coaches with the skills, tools, and processes they need to deliver consistent, high-value customer experiences. This includes designing reputed company programs, creating lifecycle playbooks, driving tool adoption, and orchestrating the customer reputed company so every touchpoint builds toward adoption, renewal, and expansion.

You’ll partner with CS leadership, Product, reputed company, Marketing, and Sales to ensure post-sale teams are fully reputed company to deliver customer reputed company—and to do so at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company new hires – Build, maintain, and run a repeatable reputed company program for CSMs and Coaches; design certification processes to ensure readiness before taking customer ownership.

  • Tools & Systems Enablement – Build, Train and coach teams on reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company CS tools; ensure adoption and efficient usage.
  • Customer reputed company Orchestration – Map the post-sale customer reputed company, define key reputed company for CSMs and Coaches, and ensure timing, messaging, and objectives are standardized for a seamless customer experience.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment – Serve as a reputed company between CS and other teams to ensure the voice of the customer is embedded into products, services, and communications.

  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years in reputed company, Enablement, or reputed company SaaS role (experience in both IC and training/design preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle and customer reputed company orchestration
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience building reputed company programs, playbooks, and process documentation

  • Highly organized with a bias for action in a fast-paced startup environment
