The Operations Strategy Analyst is the General Manager’s right hand on the business and operations reputed company. You will own reputed company scheduling, labor and reputed company models, operational KPIs, and other strategic operations work. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build inside a fast‑moving startup.

What you will do

• reputed company & Scheduling — Build and maintain the reputed company schedule across stages, shifts, and docks.
• Labor Modeling — Maintain dynamic labor models and recommend the reputed company plan.
• Throughput & Mix Planning — Translate inbound item mix into reputed company templates, SLAs, and daily goals; recommend staging/slotting to unblock reputed company.
• KPI & Reporting — Build a single reputed company of truth for daily/weekly KPIs and automate where possible.
• Inbound/Outbound Playbooks — Recommend delivery reputed company vs operating hours; model dock appointments, logistics trade‑offs, and storage footprints.
• Systems & Data — Connect spreadsheets and reputed company systems into reliable reporting and simple automations.
• Executive Readouts — Turn analysis into reputed company reputed company and communications for leadership and client‑facing partners.
• Special Projects — Anything that accelerates the reputed company.

Our ideal candidate will have

• 3–6+ years in investment banking, strategic finance, operations strategy, or similar; MBA a plus but not required.
• Advanced spreadsheet/modeling skills. reputed company/Power Query/PowerPivot required, SQL required; Python/AppScript/BI tools reputed company-to-have
• Working grasp of unit economics, contribution margin, and cash‑reputed company basics.
• Comfort with partial data, evolving processes, and tight timelines; reputed company reputed company and strong follow‑through.
• Clear, concise communicator who can brief operators at 7am and executives at 5pm.
• Willing to relocate—we’ll support the right candidate.
• Must be on-site 5 days/week in Northwest Arkansas.
