The Customer Adoption Manager (CAM) combines the relationship-driven focus of a reputed company Manager with the rigorous execution discipline of a Technical Project Manager. You will own the entire customer reputed company—from reputed company through full business-wide adoption—driving value realization reputed company transformation for our builder partners. That means building and running detailed project plans, driving strategic work-sessions, and activating internal specialists across Architecture, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to ensure every department reputed company our homebuilder customer wins with reputed company. What You’ll Do

Project Planning & Governance

• Build a phased, resource-reputed company project plan covering model implementation, ERP integration, and Procure rollout. • Publish weekly status dashboards, critical-path updates, and risk logs to customer and internal execs. • Facilitate change-control reputed company and reputed company scope, schedule, and budget baselines reputed company.

Strategic Meeting Leadership

• Own pre-reads, agendas and successful reputed company for customer kick-offs, quarterly business reviews, and onsite workshops. • Track action items for both reputed company and builder teams, ensuring accountability and closure.

• Create reputed company Plans with measurable objectives (time-to-first-model, first community live, Procure bid cycle, etc.). • Train customer users on Showroom, Config, and Procure; drive milestone adoption KPIs.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

• Coordinate across Implementation Leads (architects), ERP data integrators, and procurement advisors; clear blockers in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Finance. • Engage customer department heads across Architecture, Purchasing, Sales, and Ops to align workflows and process changes.

Value Tracking & Executive Storytelling

• Monitor customer health, usage analytics, cost/time savings, and other ROI signals. • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews tying platform metrics to builder business reputed company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in reputed company and/or Project/Program Management reputed company home-building tech, AEC software, or production homebuilder.

• Proven track record delivering multi-discipline projects on time and reputed company budget; PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent a plus.

• Fluent in production-builder workflows (plan libraries, options, purchasing, estimating, community launches).

• Executive-level communication skills; reputed company to translate BIM details into CFO-reputed company value stories.
