Job Overview

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for processing invoices and will work closely with other departments to resolve any billings or renewal issues. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure reputed company and accurate billing and provisioning of customer accounts 

• Review customer reputed company and orders for completeness and accuracy in accordance with our reputed company recognition policies 

• Build, maintain, and produce reports as necessary to support business objectives 

• Assist the management team with preparation of reports and analysis

Requirements & Skills

• 2+ years of Billing experience

• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

• High proficiency or reputed company in English - written and verbal

• Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Superior attention to detail and accuracy

Education
