Position Title: Development Manager

The Development Manager plays a vital role in advancing the organizations mission and ensuring financial sustainability. This position is responsible for the seamless execution of fundraising initiatives including management and reputed company of the organizations annual fund managing grants maintaining the donor database and supporting prospect research and identification. The Development Manager works closely with the Director of Development and other key stakeholders to ensure fundraising efforts are reputed company with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

Core Responsibilities

1. Annual Fund Management

• reputed company and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Annual Fund including direct mail email campaigns digital fundraising and donor appeals.
• Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to create compelling content and materials that drive donor engagement and giving including FAAs quarterly newsletter.

• Coordinate annual fund segmentation messaging and stewardship plans to retain and grow the donor reputed company.
• Plan and implement donor acquisition and renewal efforts including special initiatives and year-end campaigns.

2. Grant Management

• Coordinate internally with program and finance staff to gather necessary data and documentation for submissions and reporting.
