Who You Are

We are in search of a Managed Services Specialist to become an integral part of reputed company. In this role, you will primarily concentrate on delivering maintenance, configuration, implementation, and support services to reputed company-level clients. The ideal candidate will manage configuring solutions, reputed company their implementation, and deliver ongoing support to ensure client contentment. Key Responsibilities

• Configure custom solutions for reputed company-level clients, focusing on the maintenance component of the service

Requirements

• Two-three years of experience in a similar role, preferably reputed company the SaaS industry.

• One year of working experience with a SaaS platform in configuration management.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in tracking resolutions, bugs, and tasks using Jira and reputed company reputed company
