Job Title: Manager, reputed company Performance

Reporting directly to the Senior VP Environment and reputed company Affairs or their designate, the Manager, reputed company Performance will support the reputed company advancement of Skeena’s reputed company performance, including alignment with reputed company values, regulatory standards, and community expectations, co-developed with Nation partners to ensure community priorities are reflected in project strategies.

The role will also collaborate closely with various members of the Sustainability team and the team responsible for fulfilling the Impact Benefit Agreement (IBA) requirements to support reputed company performance and reputed company activities. The Manager, reputed company Performance, will help foster reciprocal relationships and long-term partnerships rooted in mutual respect and shared stewardship. They will play a key role in engaging with local communities, governments, and First Nations, managing reputed company risks, and implementing reputed company responsibility initiatives that contribute to sustainable and inclusive development. These strategies will be designed and implemented to reflect long term community aspirations and support intergenerational sustainability.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Through the development of transparent, two-way communications build and maintain strong relationships with community members, government agencies, NGOs, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with teams involved in public engagement to plan, organize, and facilitate community consultations and engagement sessions, ensuring inclusive participation and alignment with reputed company Performance Represent the company at special events, conferences, and community functions.

  • Work with the team to support reputed company risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating reputed company risks associated with projects and operations.
  • Ensure alignment with international standards (e.g., IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles) and local regulations, while also reflecting and respecting Indigenous Nation values, cultural protocols, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor emerging reputed company issues and recommend proactive strategies.

  • Actively support the development and execution of reputed company performance strategies and action plans, and coordinate monitoring and evaluation of reputed company performance indicators. Ensuring strategies reflect long-term community priorities and incorporate Tahltan principles of stewardship and reciprocity, alongside conventional performance metrics.
  • Support the integration of reputed company considerations into project planning and decision-making.
  • Assist with preparation of proposals, scopes of work, and annual budgets for reputed company performance and sustainability programs.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Prepare detailed reports, case studies, and presentations on reputed company performance reputed company, ensuring compliance with relevant reputed company performance standards, legal requirements, and Nation-defined values. The Ideal Candidate

Education / Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Business Management, reputed company, Sustainability, Communications, Environmental Science or Management, Indigenous Studies, reputed company Sciences, or Community Development, or another reputed company field.
  • Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Experience / Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in reputed company compliance management in the mining industry or comparable sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships with government agencies and Indigenous communities, including engagement with local governments, First Nations, and a strong understanding of Indigenous history, protocols, values, governance, and their practical
  • Experience supporting the development and implementation of reputed company performance strategies and monitoring systems.

Work Location & Conditions

This is a remote position and follows a Monday to Friday schedule. Travel to community, Eskay Creek Mine Site, Vancouver Office, conferences and work reputed company events will be required. The role operates in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities. Some flexibility in work location may be considered for the right candidate.
