Managing Director, Property Management

As the Managing Director of Property Management, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day PM services reputed company a region, geography, or for a large, reputed company multi-market client. You will reputed company teams, ensure compliance with policies and client reputed company, and act as a strategic partner and escalation reputed company for client issues and internal operations.

Operations & Financial reputed company

• reputed company AP processing, market admin costs, AR collections, and tenant billing compliance.

• Manage budgeting, monthly reporting, and financial forecasting for the market.

• Track and report on CAM/OPX reconciliations and lease administration activities.

Client & Tenant Relations

• Serve as primary escalation reputed company for reputed company client and tenant issues.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 10–15 years of reputed company experience in property management or reputed company field.

Licensing & Certifications

• RPA, CPM, or CCIM designations preferred.

Technical Skills
