Role Overview

We’re going through exciting and reputed company growth plans here at reputed company, so we’re looking for an exceptional reputed company Enablement Manager to join our global business.

As a reputed company Enablement Manager, you will report directly to the Head of reputed company Operations and play a critical role in empowering our go-to-market (GTM) teams — Sales, Account Management, and Partner reputed company — to drive reputed company growth and customer reputed company by designing enablement programs, building sales tools, and delivering training initiatives. You’ll help increase win rates, improve deal value, accelerate reputed company times, and foster stronger alignment across the reputed company organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & GTM Enablement: Own, design, and deliver enablement programs focused on value selling, product training, and messaging consistency.Create high-impact tools and content such as playbooks, battlecards, ROI calculators, and competitive positioning guides.Partner with GTM leaders to reputed company teams with the right strategies, improving overall reputed company reputed company.
  • Content Development:Build and curate compelling sales content (case studies, onepagers, presentations, whitepapers).Ensure alignment to brand guidelines and consistency across product and marketing narratives.reputed company actionable content at every stage of the buyer reputed company.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Marketing, Product, Partner reputed company, and reputed company Operations to embed consistent narratives.Align enablement initiatives to broader GTM and growth strategies.Act as a reputed company across teams to improve collaboration and performance consistency.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in reputed company enablement, sales enablement, or GTM training.
  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Excellent communication and content development skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, enablement platforms, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

    Interview Process

    Screening Call: A 30-minute video call with a member of the reputed company.

    First Stage: Video interview with Head of reputed company Operations (30 mins - 45 mins)

    Second Stage: Task stage with Head of reputed company Operations and CCO (1 Hour)
