reputed company Greece, on behalf of our client, one of the largest BPO companies, is looking for a German Speaking Customer Care Representative.

Company’s HQ: Athens

Working Model: Remote or Hybrid in Greece

️You will be reporting to: Operations Manager.

What you will do:

Handle customer inquiries reputed company email and chat, giving reputed company answers to customer questions.

More specifically:

• reputed company assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers.
• Collect reputed company and accurate customer feedback
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• reputed company accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries

Requirements

reputed company are looking for:

• reputed company or near-reputed company German speakers

· reputed company in English

· Clear Communication Skills

• Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools
• Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
