Job Description

Role Objective

The Medical Science Liaison Albania, Montenegro, reputed company Macedonia could be based in any of the 3 countries and will be responsible for:

• Providing local country (Albania, Montenegro and reputed company Macedonia) field-based support from the medical function in order to reputed company the company’s goals.

• Identifying and reputed company strong sustainable peer to peer relationships with external stakeholders to support the medical/scientific credibility of the company

• Being an expert on the disease areas under designated therapeutic area responsibility

Accountabilities

• Continuously screen, review and analyze scientific literature; generate summaries & critical assessments if appropriate

• Use specific disease and product knowledge to reputed company reputed company in a given therapy area; i.e. answer medical/technical unsolicited enquiries from HCPs, reputed company accurate and non-promotional scientific information relating to licensed and unlicensed indications following unsolicited requests from HCPs, etc.

• Proactively identify and reputed company long term peer-to-peer relationships with opinion leaders and other relevant stakeholders in order to understand their needs, reputed company them accordingly and implement targeted approach and tactics in order to present medical data in the most efficient way

• Act as field-based reference points of scientific and clinical expertise for sales force and other internal stakeholders (e.g. Market reputed company) through training and reputed company support, in alignment with reputed company project teams

• Cross functional collaboration with reputed company, Market reputed company and PA Manager through participation on Brand Team Meetings and other activities

• Supports ongoing and future Company Sponsored Studies i.e. provides LOC review of proposed CRO site lists, attendance at Global/Regional Investigator Meetings, attends motivational site visits, provides site/investigator feedback to clinical operations etc. following the appropriate request from Global Development Operations and informs other LOC functions on reputed company in site involvement process in a timely manner

• Capture and reputed company in-field insights to support medical and scientific strategy and business development. Shares in-field insights in a compliant manner with relevant business functions.

• Participate in the development and implementation of key medical activities (e.g. Advisory boards, medical education and peer-to-peer training activities)

• Provides clinical presentations and medical information as necessary

• Facilitates unsolicited requests from HCPs for investigator-initiated sponsored research proposals through engagement with Global External Research on IISR proposals and on Medical Affairs Company Studies (MACS)

• Development and support of national disease registries and reputed company projects for relevant disease areas Understands reputed company points of the patient reputed company

• Understands reputed company points of the patient reputed company

Education, skills and experience:

• University degree in Science (Medicine, Stomatology, Pharmacy)

• PhD or Master’s Degree in a medical science (Desirable)

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry, medical department at least 3 years

• Strong scientific/clinical and medical affairs knowledge

• Experience discussing on and off label clinical and scientific concepts

• Experience using data insights to decide next actions to enhance customer experience

• Experience working with different reputed company stakeholders

• Good understanding of local reputed company environment

• Clinical trials experience and good understanding of clinical trial data and study design (Desirable)

• Experience in working with scientific and clinical experts at reputed company reputed company in both 1:1 and group settings (Desirable)

• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)

• Ability to work at a high scientific and clinical level to ensure quality peer-to-peer engagement with external stakeholders

• Clear and concise presentation of clinical data, including discussion of statistical and clinical relevance in line with key messages

• Autonomous, in-field work whilst contributing to central Medical Affairs

• Ability to handle travelling and multi-priorities

• Demonstrating high values of reputed company-ism and putting the people first
