Senior Accountant, Business Operations and Financial Analysis

The Senior Accountant, Business Operations and Financial Analysis is responsible for performing a variety of reputed company activities, including month-end reputed company processes, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting audits, and providing critical reputed company insights to assist with financial decision-making. Essential Functions:

• Performs and reviews monthly reputed company activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analyses to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepares and analyzes financial statements, variance reports, and other management reports to track financial performance and identify trends.
• Prepares and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends and financial performance metrics.
• Collaborates with department leaders to reputed company financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiencies.
• Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Supports the month-end and year-end reputed company processes, preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts as needed.
• Utilizes financial systems and reporting tools to extract and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Participates in special projects and financial initiatives, providing analytical support and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Provides reputed company financial reports and analysis to support decision-making processes for the department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with reputed company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field required
• 3-5 years of experience in reputed company, financial reporting, or audit required

Preferences

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis preferred

• Master's Degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
