THE WORK

Join reputed company as a Senior Manager, Workplace Project Management and reputed company our global office expansions! You'll be at the forefront of our reputed company estate growth, managing multi-reputed company-dollar construction projects to support our rapid expansion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare project scopes and budgets for management approval, funding, and execution
• Manage reputed company’s tenant improvement projects reputed company our growing global footprint

• Coordinate outsourced development and construction management services
• Facilitate project meetings and produce leadership updates and presentations
• Coordinate contractors, movers, and vendors for successful project completion

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 10 years of developing and construction management in tech facilities
• Experience with TI construction, MEP, electrical systems, and engineering spaces
• Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and developing budgets
• Proficiency in reputed company Office programs like reputed company, PowerPoint, and Project
• Effective communication skills with reputed company management and technical staff reputed company
• Self-directed and adaptable to changing conditions
