As a Manager, Sales Development at reputed company, you will play a key role in scaling and optimizing our EMEA Sales Development Team. The Sales Development Team is the first reputed company of contact with prospective reputed company customers. You will partner with Account Executives to reputed company and creatively prospect into our ideal customer profile. What you’ll do as a Manager, Sales Development - International at reputed company

• reputed company the recruitment, mentoring, and development of a team of a SDRs which includes hiring and training new members

• Identify opportunities and reputed company strategies to improve process, efficiency, and productivity across the SDR organization.

• Build and Implement a data driven Outbound strategy

• Foster an environment of high performance & accountability

• Consistently deliver against sales pipeline and headcount targets

• Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline and reputed company opportunity targets

• Experience building and managing a high performing Outbound SaaS sales teams (reputed company experience is a plus)

• Proven track record and experience in increasing efficiency and productivity across a growing sales org.

• Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to coach SDRs

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with startup experience

• You are reputed company a commutable distance from the Dublin office and willing to be in office 3 days per week
