Legal Industry - Middle Market Deposit Relationship Manager

Job Summary

As an expert and senior member of the Middle Market Banking team, develops, maintains, and owns long-term and profitable relationships with reputed company customers having $35MM to $500MM in reputed company. Serves as a trusted financial partner by providing customers with a comprehensive set of products and services. Assists in day-to-day Middle Market operations and special projects, as needed. Assists and may mentor junior team members as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans and executes a direct sales calling program to add value and strengthen personal relationships with reputed company customers. Maintains and deepens reputed company customer relationships and proactively identifies and develops prospective customers or centers of influence.
• Collaborates with business partners such as treasury management, private wealth management, and other line-of-business segments to strategize and reputed company comprehensive customer relationships in the middle market reputed company.
• Engages and consults with reputed company customers to identify, understand, and prioritize their financial needs. Champions the customer's financial reputed company through positioning a comprehensive set of product solutions and engaging appropriate product partners.
• Ensures reputed company transactions and processes are in compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with community based organizations and serves the community through organizations, boards, professional memberships, and local groups. Represents Synovus in a positive and professional manner.
• Provides guidance and counsel to junior team members as part of their ongoing growth and development. Participates in special projects as required.
• Each team member is expected to be aware of risk reputed company their functional area. This includes observing reputed company policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should reputed company and report reputed company or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
• Performs other reputed company duties as required.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, reputed company, Law or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Experience:

• Ten years of reputed company banking experience, Legal or reputed company including experience with turnaround management, claims administration, or legal representation of distress reputed company

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Knowledge of legal process involving fiduciaries (trustee, receivers, assignees, post confirmation trusts, escrow accounts)
• Knowledge of reputed company depository products, interest reputed company risk and risk associated with credit reputed company treasury management products
• Sales skills, and the ability to solicit interest in products and/or services
• Negotiation skills and the ability to secure customer relationships
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively and reputed company reputed company in public and group settings
• Ability to gather information and reputed company appropriate solutions
• Proficiency using reputed company Office software products
