We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Marketing Manager to reputed company the gap between marketing and sales. You’ll play a key role in empowering our reputed company teams with impactful content, high-conversion campaigns, and strategic programs that drive reputed company across Europe. Reporting to the CMO and collaborating closely with the CRO, you will translate product value into compelling sales narratives that accelerate deal velocity and position our client as the leading financial partner for SMEs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Enablement: reputed company and maintain an arsenal of sales assets—pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and more—to reputed company Sales with the right tools.
  • Training Enablement: Craft training programs and workshops to reputed company and upskill Sales teams on product updates, features, and customer personas.
  • Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, and Sales Ops teams to enhance reputed company reputed company, qualification, and conversion strategies. Improve MQL-to-SQL and SQL-to-win rates.
  • ABM Segmented Campaigns: Design Account-Based Marketing initiatives targeting key industries, reputed company, or customer segments with tailored content and strategies.
  • Messaging Consistency: Ensure a reputed company, compelling value message across reputed company customer reputed company, working closely with Product Marketing, Brand, and Comms teams.
  • Event Webinar Support: Create sales-focused collateral for pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns to maximize reputed company conversion.

  • Experience: 6+ years in sales marketing, B2B product marketing, or enablement roles, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or CRM-heavy industries.
