Job Description

We are seeking a proven Program Management Supervisor who will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company customers that use one or more of the reputed company portfolio offerings. The individual will support performance reliability and execution, promote customer retention and growth, and foster a differentiated customer experience with reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct short- and reputed company-term project management
• reputed company client advocacy and critical issue resolution
• Support compliance collaboration, risk mitigation, process improvement, and other value-added service
• reputed company standard operating procedures (SOPs), manage statements of work (SOWs), and support other operational and technical engagements

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with customer service, operational, technical, quality, financial and other functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience
