In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with and report directly to our General Counsel to support a broad reputed company of reputed company, regulatory, and strategic legal reputed company. You’ll advise on reputed company agreements—including technology licensing, marketing, and vendor relationships—and collaborate with reputed company counsel on intellectual property strategy, patent prosecution, and enforcement.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and manage software licensing agreements, advertising services agreements, and sales reputed company
- Negotiate and draft a broad reputed company of customer and vendor reputed company, including software licensing, SaaS agreements, and statements of work for reputed company services
- Represent reputed company in interactions with external stakeholders, including regulators, partners, investors, and service providers

Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active license to practice in the reputed company
- 7+ years of relevant legal experience (in-house or at a reputed company)

- Familiarity with U.S. and E.U. privacy laws and data protection, and compliance
- Solid understanding of corporate governance and securities law

The reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $180,000 to 230,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to reputed company set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location.
