Description:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs team. The role will be based in Tokyo. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

We will count on you to/主な業務内容:

• グローバルマスターサービス契約や国内契約を含むさまざまなクライアント契約のレビュー、交渉、分析。
• 日本法に基づく企業法、M&A、雇用、財産、コンプライアンスに関する法的助言を提供し、複雑な案件では外部弁護士と連携。
• 取締役会や株主総会の運営、議事録や決議書の作成など、コーポレートガバナンスに関する事務作業をサポート。
• コンプライアンスプログラムの導入・監視、研修の実施、関連法規の追跡、地域プロジェクトの支援。
• 法務・コンプライアンス関連の資料管理、内部報告、事務作業を通じて組織の効率化を支援。

What you need to have/必要なスキル・資格：

• 日本または海外で弁護士資格を有し、企業法・商法に関する知識を持つ方。
• 契約のレビュー、作成、交渉の経験があり、日本の法的環境やビジネス文化に精通している方。
• 日本語と英語の両方に堪能な方（特に英語力が高い方は尚良し）。
• 優れた組織力、資料管理能力、コミュニケーションスキルを持ち、細部に注意を払える方。
• 厳しい締め切りの中でも効率的に作業でき、機密情報を適切に扱える高い倫理観を持つ方。

• コンサルティングなどのプロフェッショナルファーム、保険ブローカー、金融アドバイザリー業界等での法務経験。
• 日本のビジネス慣習や法的実務に関する知識。
• SharePoint、Bridgerなどの業務関連ツールの使用経験。
• 高いビジネスマインドと文化的感性を持ち、積極的にチームを支援できる方。
