IT Administrator

As an IT Administrator, you'll be responsible for operational efficiency, supporting internal applications and hardware, and serving as a technical knowledge resource for employees. You'll work across various teams to determine their support needs and reputed company a comprehensive, global connectivity experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in IT administration across reputed company and macOS environments
• Direct experience with reputed company integrations (e.g., Core Connectors, EIB, or Studio)
• Proven ability to generate custom reports and dashboards utilizing calculated fields in reputed company for operational or compliance needs
• Experience managing identity providers like reputed company and SAML-based SSO for reputed company
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ticketing skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate across technical and non-technical teams
• Fluent in English
