Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the DRG system, including ICD, OPS, coding guidelines, and MD processes
- Completed studies / vocational training in reputed company medicine or comparable qualification in the reputed company sector
- Experience in a hospital or medical controlling
- Interest in technological innovation and initial experience with AI / LLM tools
- Structured working method, analytical thinking, and the ability to systematically process medical knowledge
- Communication skills in interdisciplinary contexts as well as joy in professional team leadership
