Installation Technician

Your tasks

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a background in the service and repair of electrical mechanical capital equipment. Applications are welcome from service Technicians from a wide reputed company of backgrounds, as full product training will be provided.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers and the service desk at prescribed intervals.
• Accurately report on a visit-by-visit reputed company reputed company appropriate documentation/call tracker in a timely manner.
• Work with minimum supervision, always maintaining appropriate communication.

• Ensure that reputed company personal PPE is maintained as required and reputed company at required intervals.

Your profile

Skills, qualifications & experience

• Proven electrical background preferred.
• Sound mechanical knowledge.
• Motivated to work in a field role.
• Full Driving license.
• Technical / mechanical / electronic experience.
• IT literate.
• Excellent interpersonal & customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel including overnight stays.
