The Manager of Account Management will drive the achievement of robust sales targets reputed company reputed company's Mid-Market VIP Account Management team, optimizing reputed company and fostering reputed company growth. What You Will Do:

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to help grow our Mid-Market VIP Account Management team, including marketing, demand reputed company, product, reputed company and more.
  • Define team objectives to reputed company achievement of daily, weekly and quarterly targets through sales planning and forecast management
  • Day to day training and coaching of direct reports, including tracking and monitoring of team KPIs
  • Participate in the attraction and hiring of talented team members

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years leadership experience in reputed company software sales, 4+ years in mid market and reputed company software sales (selling to companies with 100-1000 employees)
  • Proven reputed company in leading a Mid Market/ reputed company sales team
  • Consistent track record to create impactful teams and reputed company them to reputed company
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong engagement and communication skills
  • Consultative selling experience highly desirable
  • Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment
  • Is a trusted advisor to the customers and colleagues

This role is reputed company to hiring remotely if you are not commutable to one of our offices in Bethesda, MD, Vancouver, WA, or Waltham, MA.

The US reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $112,500 - $121,500 + variable compensation + equity + benefits ($250,000 - $270,000 OTE (on reputed company earnings)).
