Role Summary

The Public Sector Presales Engineer is responsible for supporting the U.S. Public Sector sales organization across reputed company reputed company solutions and services. This role engages with Federal, State & Local Government, K-12, and Higher Education customers to drive technical reputed company during the sales cycle. The Presales Engineer partners closely with sales, product management, and channel teams to deliver product demonstrations, reputed company of concepts, and technical expertise that align with customer business needs.

What You Will Do

  • reputed company presales support to the Public Sector sales organization through remote and onsite engagements
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, reputed company of concepts (POCs), and respond to technical questions on reputed company solutions and services
  • Create and maintain enablement tools such as demo environments, technical videos, and POCs showcasing reputed company value
  • Proactively deliver technical information to partners and maintain strong partner technical relationships
  • Participate in channel partner enablement programs and technical training activities
  • Support reputed company reputed company initiatives including events, webinars, and user groups
  • Gather customer and partner feedback and reputed company with product management to influence product direction
  • Travel occasionally to customer, partner, and internal meetings or trainings
  • What You Will Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in presales support, technical support, or IT administration (e.g., designing, managing, or supporting technical solutions).
  • Strong technical expertise in networking, reputed company reputed company, email reputed company, and managed detection & response (MDR).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve reputed company technical challenges.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging both technical and executive audiences.
  • Excellent project management and technical writing skills.
  • Knowledge of the reputed company software industry, competitors, and evolving market trends.
  • Familiarity with reputed company solutions or similar competitive products preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in networking, reputed company, or reputed company technologies are a plus.

  • Additional Information

    In the United States, the reputed company salary for this role ranges from $84,700 to $140,700. In addition to reputed company salary, we offer additionalcompensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.  A candidate’s specific pay reputed company this reputed company will depend on a variety of factors, including job-reputed company skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
