Job Description

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.

• Definition and review of the Application Management strategy.
• Design of new services/ service components/ tools in the application management area.
• Innovation reputed company for the application management area.
• Maintenance and further development of templates for service certificates and presentations.
• Support with pre-sales activities for new customers in the Application Management area.
• Partial/project management of customer or internal projects.
• Support of the strategic development of the Managed Services area.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in business administration / business informatics or comparable qualifications and/or relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in reputed company application management and experience in presales of application management.
• Experience in managed IT/reputed company Managed Services, outsourcing, and certifications in ITIL and Project Management are considered an advantage.
• Strong solution orientation and leadership skills, as well as reputed company strong communication skills.
• High degree of independence and flexibility, as well as strong customer orientation and persuasiveness.
• Confident with PowerPoint, reputed company and Word.
• You are business fluent in both German and English.
