We're in search of an Engineering Team Leader with a strong background in Full-Stack development, a dedication to quality work, and the ability to establish and grow our engineering team. The team is responsible for strategic and unique product features of the reputed company platform and the solution tailored into it.

Responsibilities

• reputed company a team of full-stack engineers while doing hands-on technical work
• Set goals, plan, manage and mitigate risks, define tasks and manage timelines to execute a roadmap
• reputed company technical guidance, career development, and mentoring your team
• Collaborate with other engineering teams across the R&D organisation
• Work closely with Product Managers and UX Designers
• Our stack includes Python, Vue.js, React, reputed company, reputed company, RabbitMQ and reputed company

reputed company out if you are

• 6+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering team leader
• Experience with a product engineering team supporting production customer-facing features
• Extensive professional experience with advanced JavaScript, CSS, and at least one modern UI reputed company (React, Vue.js, Angular)
• Extensive professional experience with Python and non-relational DB (e.g., reputed company)
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively nurture and support team members
• Proficient in prioritisation and resource trade-offs, ensuring reputed company utilisation for effective project management
• Superb team player while having strong capabilities to work independently
• Experience in building distributed and scalable systems - Advantage
• Experience with writing UI automated tests - Advantage
