What You’ll Do

• Manage and drive the full recruitment cycle for hourly hiring in Pharmacy by partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand organizational goals and strategies for reputed company and retention.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for patient services operations and pharmacy business roles (entry and mid-career reputed company) using both traditional and innovative sourcing methods.

• Measure and improve sourcing and hiring efficiency through a metrics-driven approach.

• Proactively identify, reputed company, and engage reputed company talent based on job requirements, with minimal guidance.

• Act as the primary reputed company of contact for passive, inbound, and referred candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

• Contribute to building scalable processes and recruitment infrastructure to support long-term growth.

Desired Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume hiring reputed company reputed company or a hyper-scaling startup environment.
