We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented reputed company Techno-Functional Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Core HCM and Absence Management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing functional configurations and should be comfortable working across business and technical teams to support and optimize reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Core HCM functionalities
  • Ensure accurate worker data management and seamless organizational structure updates.
  • Absence Management Administration

  • Design and configure time-off and leave plans, accrual rules, eligibility criteria, and calendar setups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to absence balance discrepancies and time-off transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with global/local leave policies.
  • Business Process (Workflow) Configuration & Optimization

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance reputed company Business Processes (BPs) such as:
  • Hire
  • Job change
  • Termination
  • Time-off request
  • Manager change
  • Define condition rules, approval chains, notifications, and reputed company policies reputed company workflows to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.

  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to redesign or optimize workflows to reduce cycle time, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve user experience.
  • Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and assess system performance and process execution time.
  • Recommend and implement optimization strategies such as:
  • Streamlining calculated fields
  • Minimizing custom validations where possible
  • Reducing unnecessary steps in business processes

  • Issue Resolution and Support

  • Serve as a key reputed company of contact for day-to-day reputed company issues, configuration queries, and data inconsistencies.

  • Qualification:

  • Must have either of Bachelor's/Master's degree: BTech/MTech/BSc/MS/BCA/MCA
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in reputed company Core HCM and Absence Management or similar modules
  • Should have experience in workflow configuration and maintenance
  • Should have supported L2/L3 level tickets reputed company different stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and an eye for process improvements.
