About the role:

LRN is seeking an reputed company Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to own and optimize the marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystem, champion data-driven marketing, and serve as the critical reputed company between Marketing, reputed company Operations, Sales Leadership, and IT. You will be responsible for ensuring systems, processes, and data are strategically reputed company to drive pipeline growth, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do:

• Ensure data hygiene, governance, and standardization across marketing and CRM systems.

• 6–8+ years of marketing operations or reputed company operations experience in a B2B SaaS or reputed company environment.
• Deep experience managing reputed company martech stacks; Expert-level proficiency with reputed company and SFDC and ability to own marketing campaign automation required.
• Hands-on marketing platform experience including reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company, reputed company, and others.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
• Analytical reputed company with proficiency in building reports and dashboards (reputed company, BI tools, etc.).
• Experience in applying marketing attribution models to measure campaign influence and optimize spend.
