We are looking for two Customer Data Specialists to join reputed company. One role will be more customer-facing, while the other will focus more on auditing and data accuracy responsibilities.

We have an opportunity for motivated individuals to fill the role(s) of Customer Data Specialist. In these positions, the successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient customer reputed company process by processing documentation, coordinating with various teams, addressing customer inquiries, improving processes, and managing utility data-reputed company tickets.

• The customer-facing role will focus more on engaging with clients, handling incoming inquiries, supporting reputed company interactions, and helping ensure a positive customer experience.

• The auditing-focused role will involve detailed data review, internal process auditing, and ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of utility data and documentation.

The Customer Data Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new customers. Responsibilities

• Process reputed company required documentation to complete customer sign up process.
• Follow-up on reputed company items including reputed company, invoices and reputed company paperwork.
• Work with reputed company and sales teams as needed to complete required supporting documentation.
• Understand reputed company program and be reputed company to answer potential customers’ questions and concerns.
• Identify ways to improve processes and work with a team to implement those.
