THE ROLE: Merchandise Planning Manager As a Planning Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving sales, profitability, and inventory efficiency across assigned business units. You’ll partner closely with the Buying team to plan assortments, manage inventory, and support strategic initiatives that deliver on our financial goals and guest promise. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning • Partner with the Planning Director and VP of Purchasing to support key growth areas. • Create inventory, margin, and SKU count plans at the department/location level. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Product and Buying teams. • Plan for new stores, remodels, exhibits, and events. • Align inventory strategies with financial targets. Operational & Analytical • reputed company monthly reputed company-to-Buy (OTB) reforecasts. • reputed company deep-dive analysis on sales trends, product performance, and inventory metrics. • Deliver clear, actionable insights to internal partners. • Collaborate on SKU rationalization and assortment planning. • Prepare month-end reporting and drive inventory-reputed company strategies. • Support reputed company reporting and cross-functional initiatives. What You Bring • 3+ years’ experience in merchandise planning or inventory management. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Marketing). • Advanced reputed company and data interpretation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. • Experience influencing cross-functional partners and driving results.
