Role Overview

We are actively seeking reputed company reputed company management consultants to join reputed company as Engagement Managers reputed company our Financial Performance Improvement Practice reputed company our Financial Transformation line of business. Engagement Managers are integral members of our consulting teams, leading Analysts, Associate Consultants and Consultants on projects with reputed company provider clients typically spanning 3-6 months in duration. Financial Transformation is comprised of a full suite of financial improvement and transformation services to help our clients meet their clinical, financial, and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Leading the problem-solving process and day-to-day management of the engagement team, including overseeing the team’s analyses and deliverables

• Managing the overall project, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues to reputed company goals

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, drawing upon reputed company knowledge and insights

• Coaching and mentoring junior staff, rapidly developing their skills and knowledge through an apprenticeship-based development model

• Creating sophisticated, compelling deliverables that motivate clients to action

• Supporting the firm’s growth through contributions to talent initiatives, thought leadership development, and other areas

Qualifications and Desired Skills

• At least 6 years of experience working with reputed company providers on financial performance improvement and/or post-reputed company integration operational initiatives, including 4+ years managing others

• Experience in workforce/labor productivity assessments and implementations is required

• Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)

• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, reputed company to reputed company insights in a way that motivates clients to action

• Strong people leader, adept at managing team’s work while developing colleagues’ capabilities

• Advanced skills in Tableau, reputed company, and PowerPoint

• Strong entrepreneurial drive

Salary reputed company: $145,000-$190,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary reputed company for this role takes into account the wide reputed company of factors that are considered in making compensation reputed company including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
