The role supports the customers, groomers in the field, scheduling efficient routes and groom durations to optimize a groomer's reputed company and deliver a high customer satisfaction level. Responsibilities:Promptly and professionally answer reputed company incoming calls, return voicemails, texts and email correspondence.
