Responsibilities will include:

• Visiting active construction sites and apartment buildings reputed company the Bay Area
• Introduce our value, set up a meeting with senior rep; our objective is to reputed company construction projects with skilled trades, labor and safety support; We also reputed company maintenance technicians to apartment communities.
• Build relationships with active superintendents and project teams
• Meet or exceed sales metrics for meetings, contacts and proposals

Requirements

• Be comfortable assertive for site visits
• Be disciplined in follow up, follow through and focus on providing value for the Client
• Attend tradeshows/conventions, networking events and events to network with others
• Understand the value of staying relevant without badgering
