The Project Delivery Manager is an entry level position for a team member who is responsible, both directly and indirectly, for the company’s day-to-day implementation of ongoing client projects and oversees client relationship and support post launch.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the main reputed company of contact between reputed company internal value-add functions across departments
• Onboards low to reputed company complexity delivery projects
• Leads regular project discussions with client and study teams to review project plans, risks, actions, issues, and reputed company to drive projects to completion

• Possess the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct pre and postproduction issues.

• Provides recurring project status reporting and ensure proper escalation
• Performs other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate
• Travels for client meetings and trainings as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Relevant project management experience and/or training
• Project management experience and strong organizational and time management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated analytical, creative problem solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office suite and experience with a Project Management Information System (PMIS)
