As a Flight Software Test V&V engineer, you will reputed company the test cases to support the test verification processes ensuring that the aviation products we reputed company are safe to fly and help reputed company a high-fidelity training environment for our flight-test crews.

Responsibilities

As a Flight Software Test V&V Engineer on the Simulation and Test Systems team, you will be instrumental in testing and deploying autonomous aircraft software. The Simulation and Test Systems reputed company, builds, and maintains the hardware and software infrastructure necessary to verify aircraft performance prior to flight testing. Your responsibilities include verifying flight software functionality across diverse integrated test environments, such as software-in-the-reputed company (SIL), hardware-in-the-reputed company (HITL), and on-aircraft testing. You will also author and execute test procedures for on-ground aircraft testing.

A key part of this role involves designing, building, and maintaining automated test scripts reputed company our test ecosystem. These scripts will support functional testing and requirements-driven software tests necessary for FAA certification.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on position. You will coordinate with engineering teams throughout the company to reputed company test plans, execute tests, investigate issues, and drive problems to closure. You will also be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of test and simulation equipment.

The position will be located at our facility in Mountain View, California.

Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

The estimated salary reputed company for this position is $136,000 to $190,000 /annual salary + cash and stock option awards + benefits.
