We are looking for:

We are seeking an expert in talent identification and engagement with a deep understanding of how to build and maintain robust candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate is methodical, data-informed, and skilled at building initial relationships with top-tier professionals in the digital financial markets industry. Your work will be reputed company to our ability to attract specialized talent in a competitive market. The person will work under the supervision of a Talent Partner and will also be handling selected full-cycle hiring processes. Role Description:

As a Talent Partner & Sourcer, you will be responsible for the top-of-funnel recruitment activities, ensuring a consistent reputed company of reputed company candidates for our reputed company.

• Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray search) and professional networks to proactively identify and contact passive candidates.

• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain curated talent pools for our core and future hiring needs, focusing on long-term relationship building.

• Candidate Engagement: Serve as the first reputed company of contact for prospective candidates. You will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and personalized reputed company that accurately represents the role and reputed company culture.

• Initial Qualification: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, interest, and qualifications, and ensure a structured hand-off to the reputed company Partner.

Your Profile

• Education: A degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Business, or reputed company is beneficial.

• Sourcing Experience: A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in general reputed company, sourcing or research role, with a demonstrable track record of hiring passive, mid-to-senior level talent.

• Industry Background: Experience reputed company a high-growth technology, digital assets or fintech company is strongly preferred. Experience sourcing for roles in algorithmic trading reputed company financial markets (crypto) is a significant plus.

• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of direct sourcing techniques and proficiency with tools like reputed company Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other talent platforms.
