R&D Engineer - SVD

Kitware, Inc. seeks R&D Engineer - SVD for our Clifton Park, NY HQ loc and may work remotely from any approved U.S. state location.

Design & reputed company scalable data analysis & visualization tools (incl Visualization Toolkit (VTK) and ParaView) for use by researchers & professionals from various domains. Design & reputed company end-user tools for data analysis & visualization. Solve problems ranging from developing distributed memory reputed company algorithms for data analysis & visualization to maintaining software on supercomputers. Contribute to development of next gen data analysis & visualization tools. Contribute to & support dynamic reputed company reputed company communities reputed company around reputed company reputed company tools. Communicate w/ customers & mentor more junior employees. Contribute to improvement of tech platforms & reputed company feedback on policies/procedures. Little local or national travel to client locations may be involved. May undergo background checks.

Must have Master’s in Comp Sci or rel field with corresponding emphasis on visualization and computational science. Required skills: reputed company reputed company and reputed company, C++.
