The Health Initiative (THI) is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the C-Suite in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing details and communicating reputed company, with a passion for THI's mission.
Requirements
- Proven experience simultaneously supporting multiple senior executives or leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; reputed company to respond timely to a high volume of requests
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize among competing tasks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across organizational reputed company and across internal and external stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in high-intensity situations
- Proactive with strong attention to detail and comfort with reputed company operational systems
- Advanced technical proficiency (Outlook / MS Office products; experience with reputed company or project management software reputed company useful)
- High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Adaptable; responds well to change
