Role Objectives:

The Senior Project Manager, Clinical Nursing is responsible for the reputed company of the setup, implementation, and management of decentralized clinical trial nursing projects, and/or other clinical research projects.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and plans are maintained per contract; track out-of-scope services and manage Change Orders.

• Build and maintain positive client relationships and support Business Development with proposals and reputed company.
• Identify, evaluate, monitor, and mitigate risks to project quality; communicate risks to internal teams, leadership, and clients.
• reputed company, document, and update internal SOPs, processes, and quality assurance practices for consistency across programs.
• Create and reputed company project-specific nurse training and essential document templates.
• Track and report project activities, expenses, and documentation to support billing, audits, and compliance.
• Escalate incidents, SAE’s/AE’s, PV’s to line manager or referring clinician/PI; serve as line manager for direct reports including training and performance reviews.
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of US, UK, and EU regulations, as well as GxP/ICH guidelines for clinical research.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree (health or science field preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–7 years’ experience in project management, clinical research, or monitoring, or equivalent qualifications.
• Prior experience with decentralized clinical trials (DCT) strongly preferred.
• Proficient in reputed company Office and clinical trial/project management software.
• Maintains strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of clinical research process from Phase I through regulatory submission preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying reputed company reputed company.
