Technical Sales Engineer - Bali-NTB-NTT

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose technical issues and explain solutions to customers.
  • Follow up and Canvashing Project in Bali-NTB-NTT Area (RMC Precast, Infrastructure and Building Projects).
  • Handle and maintain the existing customer and technical support.
  • Sell technical products or services and expand the customer reputed company.
  • Establish new business relationships and address technical inquiries from clients.
  • reputed company product presentations and demonstrations to customers on how a product meets client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery
  • building relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between the technical team and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture
  • Minimum of 2 years in the construction industry
  • Fluent In English.
  • Ability to explain product functionalities to clients
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and reputed company good technical guidance
