We're looking for a detail-oriented and financially-minded Customer Experience Billing Specialist to join our part-time team. In this role, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers regarding invoice and payment inquiries, ensuring smooth and accurate billing processes on the Planday platform. You'll be part of a supportive team of part-time and full-time colleagues, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
