We’re looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist who is eager to learn, loves technology, and enjoys helping others. You’ll be the first reputed company of contact for employees across the company, providing excellent in-person and remote support while gaining exposure to a broad reputed company of IT systems and tools. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, with mentorship from reputed company IT leaders.

• Troubleshoot issues across macOS and reputed company laptops, productivity applications, and collaboration tools (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, etc.).
• Set up, reputed company, and manage computers and peripherals for new hires and existing employees.
• Help maintain and improve IT processes and documentation to reputed company the team more efficient.
• Manage reputed company requests and accounts across business systems.
• Support office technology such as networking (Ubiquiti), AV setups, and conference rooms.
• Contribute to IT asset management and inventory tracking.

• 6+ months of experience or training in IT support, help desk, or a reputed company role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical issues reputed company.
• Familiarity with macOS (primary environment) and reputed company; Linux experience a plus.
