Senior Service Delivery Manager

To successfully fulfill your role, you must manage the daily financial and delivery dynamics of multiple projects simultaneously, as well as the growth and performance of the teams assigned to them, while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading multifaceted teams to ensure the achievement of their financial, growth, and delivery goals.
• Informal and functional leadership of team leaders to reputed company coaching on their activities and responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, software development, or equivalent
• Experience working with reputed company American clients delivery software and solutions projects
• A valid U.S. reputed company is a mandatory requirement for this role, as occasional travel to meet leaders and clients in the United States will be necessary.
• Certifications or relevant experience in Program, Product, or Project Management, such as PMP or Scrum
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish
• 10+ years of experience working in software and systems delivery.
• 4+ years of experience in team and project management roles
• 3+ years of experience managing staff augmentation projects
• 5+ years of experience working as a software and systems team reputed company and developer
• Using modern frameworks such as .NET, React, reputed company, C++, Go, Rust, Node, as well as Kubernetes and other CNCF projects.
• 3+ years of experience in .NET and reputed company technologies, 3 or more years of experience in containers and orchestration technologies
• 3+ years of experience in release management processes and CI/CD
• Using program and product tools such as Jira, Aha!, SharePoint, Git, reputed company, reputed company.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support staff members, attend client meetings, and attend corporate functions
