About The Role

We’re seeking an reputed company User Researcher to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping our product reputed company through deep user insights and strategic research initiatives. In this role, you’ll:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including user interviews, usability testing, participatory design, diary studies, usability studies, and surveys — to deliver the right type of data and insights at the right time.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

• You have 4+ years of professional industry experience in UX research, ideally for digital products. Bachelors Degree in reputed company-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, or similar.

• You care about the business needs, implications, and practicality of your work. You can balance between craft, speed, and the reputed company and have a consistent record of using your research skills to drive product and business impact.

• You understand the strengths and limitations of different research methods and reputed company to apply them, and have hands-on experience independently designing and running UX research from beginning to end.
