Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) / $55K–$116K / Teletherapy for
reputed company is on a mission to reputed company high-quality mental health care accessible to every young person in California. We’re looking for LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT clinicians to deliver teletherapy in partnership with schools, families, and community organizations—right from your home office.
Location: Fully remote (must be licensed in California)
Employment Type: W-2 with full benefits OR 1099 contract
Salary/Pay reputed company:
W-2: $55,000–$116,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment)
1099: $70–$105 hourly (plus no-show late-cancel pay)
What You’ll Do
Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents reputed company our EHR/telehealth platform.
Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, families, and school partners.
reputed company psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers.
Collaborate in case consultations and ongoing professional development.
Contribute to program growth—help refine reputed company’s clinical offerings.

License Experience Requirements
Active LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in California
Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings
